✨ What you’ll do:
🎯 Create ASO assets (icons, screenshots, videos) for App Store & Google Play
📱 Design social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
💻 Produce static/animated digital ads & short videos
🔍 Run A/B tests & optimize creatives
🤝 Mentor junior designers

💼 What we need:
✅ 7+ years in multimedia/digital design
✅ Strong portfolio (ASO + marketing creatives)
✅ Adobe Creative Suite + Figma/Sketch
✅ Motion graphics & video editing (HTML5 ads – bonus)
✅ English Upper-Intermediate+
