Responsibilities

Independent management of multiple projects;
Creating and implementing SEO strategies for projects;
Collaboration with the content team;
Collaboration with the link-building team;
Collaboration with the development team;
Achieving stated KPIs for projects;
Mentoring and supervising junior and middle-level specialists;
Testing hypotheses to improve project metrics and analyzing test results;
Preparing presale audits for potential clients;
Identifying and proposing growth opportunities for projects.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in SEO, with successful project promotion cases;
At least 3 years of experience in igaming SEO;
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms (Google);
English at B1 level or higher;
Development and implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy, including content strategy, technical optimization, link profile management, user experience (UX) improvement, and behavioral factor analysis;
Knowing of HTML and CSS at a level sufficient for code analysis from a SEO perspective;
Experience working with high-traffic and multi-regional websites;
Deep understanding of all ranking factors;
Experience with SERM and Parasite SEO;
Strong knowledge of technical SEO;
Proficiency in all industry-relevant tools;
Ability to collaborate with developers, link-building specialists, content managers, and designers;
Experience with A/B testing of SEO hypotheses;
Experience in log analysis and bot behavior tracking;
Ability to defend and justify SEO strategies to business stakeholders;
Understanding of project business metrics;
Experience in building SEO dashboards;
Mentoring of mid-level specialists (task supervision and guidance).
Familiarity with cloaking methods is a plus and will be highly valued.
