🔍Looking for: Office Manager
📍Limassol

Responsibilities:
🧩Daily Office Operations: Ensure efficient daily operations and a well-organized office environment
🧩Office Supplies: Manage ordering and inventory of office supplies to support smooth operations
🧩HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees and support basic HR processes
🧩Event and Meeting Coordination: Support planning for internal events, meetings, and team-building activities
🧩Communication Management: Handle office emails, phone calls, and correspondence promptly and professionally
🧩Office Organisation: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace for all team members
🧩Assisting Top Management: Provide administrative support to top management, handling various tasks to facilitate their work and ensure efficient operations
🧩Monthly Acts/Invoice Creation: Generate monthly activity reports and invoices as per management instructions (training will be provided)
🧩Office Time Management System Control: Oversee and manage the office time tracking system & communicate with external parties to implement corrections and updates as needed

Requirements:
✅Russian language is a must
✅Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
✅Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✅Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
