📍Position: Senior Contract Lawyer
🌍 Location: Cyprus / Remote
🏢 Company: Legal consulting in iGaming / IT / FinTech

📌 What you'll do:

🔹 Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (trade agreements, licensing agreements, PSP contracts, NDAs, service agreements)
🔹 Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws
🔹 Manage and improve internal contract registry
🔹 Support business teams in legal matters and risk assessment

📌 Who we're looking for:

🔹 3+ years of hands-on experience in contract law (drafting, analysis, legal review)
🔹 Fluency in Russian & English
🔹 Solid knowledge of international law
