We're hiring a Lead Backend Engineer for an international product company building a next-gen trading platform that funds retail traders based on their performance.
🔧 You’ll be the first backend hire, working alongside the CTO and frontend team to launch the backend MVP from scratch. Full ownership, no legacy.

⚙️ Stack & Scope:
Golang (core), Node.js (nice to have)
Event-driven microservices, real-time data pipelines
Kafka, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis
FIX protocol integration with trading platforms
Docker, AWS, CI/CD (DevOps support provided)

👀 Looking for:
5+ yrs backend experience (Go preferred)
Strong system design skills
Experience with real-time, high-load systems
Prop trading / fintech / brokerage background
English — Upper-Intermediate+
