Are you a master funnel architect ready to build a media buying powerhouse from the ground up?
On behalf of our client a leader in iGaming lead generation, we are searching for a foundational Head of Media Buying. This isn't just another senior role. This is a unique opportunity to be the first media buyer in the company , reporting directly to the CEO and shaping the future of their paid media strategy.

Our client has been a pinnacle of iGaming lead generation since 2015, connecting users with top-tier casino and betting sites through honest and transparent content.

The Opportunity:
This is a newly created, highly autonomous role for a strategic thinker who can architect the entire paid media function from day one. You will be responsible for creating profitable paid media funnels and laying the groundwork for scaling a future team.

What you'll be doing:
🧩 Build and manage profitable paid media funnels across Meta, Google, X, TikTok, and more.
🧩 Architect the entire funnel: from setting up tools like cloaking and PWA apps to generating safe pages.
🧩 Develop and launch creative campaigns targeting iGaming users in various GEOs.
🧩 Own campaign P&L, managing budgets and optimizing for profitability and target cost-per-player.
🧩 Collaborate with internal commercial teams and manage all 3rd-party relationships for tools and design.

We are looking for:

💠An expert with a proven track record of taking a cold campaign and scaling it to ROI-positive performance.
💠A true "funnel architect" with experience building everything from scratch: tracking, ads, targeting, and offers.
💠Fluency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney) for creative and automation purposes.
💠Fluent in English – essential for communication with the team.
