🤖 AI-First Engineering Culture:

🔧 Your Role:
— Define and execute the technical roadmap
— Lead a globally distributed engineering team
— Drive integration of AI tools into daily workflows
— Optimize cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS)
— Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance

💻 Tech Stack:
Java, Spring, Go, Python, Angular, Kubernetes, Terraform, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and more

🎯 Requirements:
— 10+ years in software engineering, 3+ in leadership
— Proven experience with AI-assisted development tools
— Fluent English & Russian
— Strategic mindset and strong leadership skills

👨‍💻 Your Role:
— Build responsive web apps with React (TypeScript/JavaScript)
— Develop scalable backend services and APIs in Python (Django or Flask)
— Work closely with Claude Code to test and refine AI-generated code
— Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend
— Optimize performance and follow secure coding practices
— Participate in code reviews, testing, and release planning

🛠️ Tech Stack Includes:

🎯 Requirements:
— 3+ years of full-stack development experience
