🚀 Chief Commercial Officer (B2B Projects)

A fast-growing international company (iGaming, B2B) with offices across 7 countries is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer to lead and centralize the commercial function across its B2B divisions.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
— Develop and execute a unified commercial strategy
— Align and manage B2B sales teams
— Implement a single CRM system (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
— Launch cross-selling across products and verticals
— Define and track key metrics (revenue, CAC, LTV, etc.)
— Analyze market trends and customer needs
— Support go-to-market strategies for new products
— Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and report to the board

🧠 Requirements:
— Proven experience as CCO / Commercial Director / VP Sales in B2B (iGaming, SaaS, fintech, tech preferred)
— Strong knowledge of complex B2B sales processes
— Hands-on CRM implementation and sales ops experience
— Strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset
— Fluent in English & Russian (C1+)
