We're Hiring: Senior Java Developer
📍Location:Limassol, Cyprus | 🕓 Full-time | Hybrid

We'relooking for a Senior Java Developer to join our
growing tech team in Limassol! Ifyou're passionate about clean code, scalable architecture, and working with
modern tools—this is your chance to make an impact.

What You’ll Do:
• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using **Java
17+, Spring Boot**
• Work closely with React.js & TypeScript frontend
developers for seamless integrations
• Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and performance tuning
• Ensure code quality through TDD, peer
reviews, and CI/CD practices
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize backend performance
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps
teams in an agile environment

What You Bring:
• 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and microservices
• Experience with PostgreSQL (SQL, triggers,PL/pgSQL)
• Solid hands-on with Apache Kafka
(Kafka Streams, Schema Registry)
• Familiar with Docker, Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud experience (preferably AWS)
• Excellent communication & teamwork skills
• Bonus: Kubernetes,observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK), mentoring juniors, leading tech
discussions
