We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead hiring for our operational functions. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in recruitment, preferably within the financial sector, and is confident managing the full hiring cycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:
– Lead full-cycle recruitment for operational positions in Cyprus;
– Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing channels;
– Collaborate closely with HR Business Partner and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs;
– Provide market insights and talent acquisition strategies to improve recruitment processes;
– Mentor junior recruiters if needed and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices.

Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on operational roles;
– Proven experience hiring in the financial services sector or other regulated industries;
– Strong understanding of the Cyprus labor market and local hiring practices;
– Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills;
– A proactive, business-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently;
– Fluent in English and Russian (both written and spoken).

HR Operations Specialist #limassol #vacancy

We’re looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support our expanding team. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about HR processes in a dynamic international environment — we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
– Full-cycle HR administration for employees in Cyprus;
– Maintaining employee records and workflows in BambooHR;
– Preparing employment-related documentation (hiring, transfers, salary/position changes, terminations);
– Administering and tracking Service Contracts;
– Issuing employee references and confirmations;
– Supporting the onboarding process;
– Preparing regular and ad-hoc HR reports;
– Liaising with Accounting, Legal, Compliance, and other internal teams;
– Coordinating with external HR Payroll providers;
– Participating in cross-functional HR projects.

Requirements:
– University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
– Proven experience in HR administration in Cyprus; familiarity with European HR legislation is a strong plus;
– Advanced MS Excel skills (data processing, reporting);
– Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS systems is an advantage;
– English level B2 or higher (written and spoken);
– Strong attention to detail, accuracy, ability to handle high work volumes, and excellent communication skills.
