**📍 HR/Recruiter (Cyprus Office)
Full-time | On-site | Relocation support provided**

We're looking for an experienced HR/Recruiter to join our team in Cyprus. This role is critical to supporting our ongoing growth, especially in expanding international teams across multiple markets.

🔍 What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the recruitment process for various roles.
- Active collaboration with external recruiters and support in communication between them and hiring managers
- Conducting sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline across EU markets
- Assisting with local hiring documentation when needed

✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience as a HR Manager or Recruiter.
- Fluency in Russian – essential, as most internal communication is in Russian
- Fluency in Russian (Upper-Intermediate+)
- German or French would be a significant advantage and help a lot in identifying and attracting the right candidates in key markets
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
