We’re hiring a Lawyer/Legal council to join our Limassol office!
If you have a strong legal background in iGaming or betting, experience with international law, and want to play a key role in legal operations — let’s talk!

Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of experience in a similar legal role in an international product company
✅ Higher legal education
✅ Confident in drafting agreements, policies, procedures
✅ KYC/AML experience
✅ Knowledge of international, contract, and commercial law
✅ Strong analytical and communication skills
✅ Fluent English (written & spoken), native/fluent RU or UA

Nice to have:
➕ Experience with company incorporation and regulators
➕ Good level of Greek

Main Responsibilities:
📄 Draft, review, and analyze contracts (clients, partners, contractors, HR, etc.)
📁 Maintain personnel documentation (employment contracts, orders, onboarding/offboarding docs)
⚖️ Advise on a wide range of legal matters: employment, AML, GDPR, IP, data protection, tech law, consumer rights, governance, and compliance
📚 Develop, update, and systematize company policies, procedures, and internal legal documentation
🔍 Monitor and interpret Cyprus, EU, and international legislation and regulatory updates
🛡️ Ensure company-wide compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
🚨 Assess legal risks and provide practical solutions to mitigate exposure
🔄 Oversee the implementation and daily functioning of AML/KYC procedures
🤝 Work closely with HR, Finance, Product, and Compliance teams
📊 Support Management with legal input for decision-making
📌 Handle various legal topics tied to the company’s operations
🗂️ Assist in other legal matters and tasks assigned by the Management
