About the Role:
Join our Organic Growth team. You'll be the go-to person for PR outreach and link building, working alongside an in-house team of developers, writers, designers, and SEO experts.
This role is not just about sending emails, it’s about building real relationships, pitching creative ideas, and finding unconventional ways to get high-quality backlinks and media mentions.

Responsibilities:
Build and run PR and link-building campaigns for the US market
Work with journalists, editors, media partners
Find and secure white-hat backlinks: guest posts, link insertions, expert commentary
Analyze competitors and identify new media opportunities
Coordinate writers, editors, and freelancers
Report on PR performance and link-building KPIs

You’re a match if:
You have 2+ years in digital PR &link building (US market focus)
You’ve landed backlinks via editorial outreach, PR platforms, and guest posting
You’ve used Ahrefs, SEMrush, MuckRack, Hunter, SimilarWeb
You can write outreach emails that actually get replies
You speak and write English + Russian fluently
You’re proactive, analytical, and curious
Bonus: Experience in health / telehealth, fundraising PR, or writing branded PR content
