Location: Remote

As a Content Producer, you'll lead the creation of well-researched content for our blog, with further repurposing on social media. Your primary goal will be to support our traffic generation efforts, driving growth in the Organic Search and Social channels.

What youʼll do:
🔹Develop a data-driven blog content strategy based on business objectives and measurable results (Google Search performance metrics; citations by LLMs; content engagement and click-through metrics).
🔹Establish a reliable content production pipeline, ensuring that we produce, distribute, and repurpose the agreed number of blogs per month.
🔹Produce high-quality blog and social media content (e.g., articles, white papers, guides) by collaborating with internal and external authors. This includes writing, proofreading, SEO-optimizing, publishing, and distribution.
🔹Prepare detailed and well thought tasks for writers, setting the right expectations in terms of structure, tone of voice, content depth.
🔹Collaborate with an SEO agency to make sure all the content is properly optimized.
🔹Optimize blog design and structure for SEO, enhancing both usability and performance.
🔹Find industry experts and contributors to enrich the blog with authoritative and valuable insights.
🔹Foster and manage relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams (technical writers, marketing, design, video production) and external partners (freelance authors, industry experts).
🔹Analyze company's and its competitors content performance, spotting opportunities and fostering evergreen pieces with ongoing value.

Skills & knowledge that you 'll need to succeed:
🔹You are a hands-on Content Producer who knows how to run content for a fast-growth business in a narrow technological niche.
🔹You've owned content strategy, driving your plans from A to Z.
🔹You are attentive to detail and supervise that all the content is created in line with the company's tone of voice and content publication standards.
🔹You are friends with Google Search Console.
🔹Strong project management skills in an Agile environment.
🔹Fluent English, with great grammar, spelling, and editorial skills.
