Responsibilities:
βοΈ Handle the recruitment process and life cycle for each vacancy; including initial assessments, interviews, and offers;
βοΈ Optimize and lead strategic recruiting activities;
βοΈ Actively source candidates using different channels, develop diverse candidate pools and generate pipelines for each position;
βοΈ Building long-term and mutual relations with both candidates and hiring managers based on WIN-WIN approach;
βοΈ Organizing interviews, receiving and communicating feedback to/from HM and candidates;
βοΈ Participation in recruitment planning and project growth.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
βοΈ 2+ years of successful experience in IT-Recruitment;
βοΈ Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle;
βοΈ Experience covering the full recruitment cycle;
βοΈ Strong sourcing skills via social media platforms (Linkedin, GitHub, Behance);
βοΈ Understanding of modern tools for sourcing and data scraping;
βοΈ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

As CFO, you will oversee all strategic and operational finance and accounting functions, ensuring that the company runs smoothly, remains compliant across jurisdictions, and is well-positioned for scalable growth. Lead and grow the finance, accounting, and liquidity teams
Manage and optimize cash flow and settlements with partners and merchants
Ensure compliance with international financial laws and regulatory frameworks
Oversee relationships with banks, PSPs, brokers, and crypto exchanges
Monitor and mitigate financial risks (credit, currency, liquidity)
Manage trading operations on Forex and crypto markets
Track and control outstanding balances and cash movements
Implement and improve management accounting, budgeting, and cost control systems
Coordinate external audits and select audit partners
Prepare financial reports, P&L, and profitability analyses for key services
Support strategic investment decisions with deep financial insights
β Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Education
5+ years as a CFO (or similar leadership role) in FinTech, Payments, Forex, or Banking
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA) are a strong advantage
Expertise
Deep knowledge of international financial standards, tax, reporting
Proven track record in Forex/crypto trading and managing related risks
Experience with EU financial regulations, audits, and licensing requirements
Strong command of liquidity management, including cross-border flows
Ability to implement and work with modern accounting systems and BI tools
Skills
Strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset
Hands-on leader with the ability to build and scale high-performance teams
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and external stakeholder collaboration
Languages
Fluent in English and Russian (both written and verbal)
Knowledge of Greek or Spanish is a plus
