📍 Hybrid | Limassol, Cyprus
🕛 Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00PM (Cyprus Time)

Join The Trading Pit! We’relooking for a motivated Trader Support Officer fluent in German, Spanish, and English to support our clients and partners. This is a hybrid role based in ourLimassol office.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
· Be the first point of contact for clients (chat, email, phone)
· Assist with onboarding, technical queries & trading platforms
· Handle KYC checks and maintain CRM records
· Work with internal teams to resolve issues
· Translate and localize content (German/Spanish)

🧩 What You Bring:

· Fluency in German, Spanish, and English(mandatory)
· 1+ year in customer support (finance industry isa plus)
· Strong communication, tech skills &attention to detail
· Willingness to work 12–9 PM shift and on publicholidays
· Located in or open to relocating to Limassol
