What You’ll Do:
- Lead and grow the Unity client team for our flagship product Happy Color.
- Define and evolve the client architecture with scalability, maintainability, and performance in mind.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Analytics teams.
- Translate product vision into a technical roadmap and team execution.
- Establish best practices, workflows, and code quality standards.
- Mentor engineers, hire new talent, and develop a high-performing culture.
- Drive cross-platform excellence across phones and tablets.

What We’re Looking For:
- Expert in Unity (C#) with 5+ years of mobile development experience and strong understanding of game/app architecture.
- Experience working on live products with a large user base.
- At least 3 years in a lead position — you're not just a coder, you're a multiplier.
- Working knowledge of Flutter or willingness to dive into it where needed.
- Solid understanding of client-server interaction.
- Experience with analytics (Firebase, Adjust).
- Strategic mindset — you think in systems, not just features.
- Passion for building high-quality mobile experiences.
- Russian - fluent, English - Upper-Intermediate.
- Nice to have: A/B testing frameworks, app performance monitoring tools.
