Vertical: Crypto (open to iGaming, Nutra, or any grey/black vertical experience)

🚀 About the Company
We are a fast-growing media buying company based in Dubai, operating in the crypto space. As we expand, we are building a Google Ads team from scratch and are looking for a strong Team Lead Media Buyer to take full ownership of this direction.

🎯 Your Mission
You will be responsible for setting up and scaling a high-performing team of Google Ads buyers focused on crypto products. From strategy to execution, you’ll build the process from zero and lead the team to profitable results across high-potential GEOs.

🛠 What You’ll Do
Build and lead the Google Ads team (recruitment, onboarding, training, management)
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies from scratch
Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns targeting Russia, CIS, and Eastern Europe
Manage media buying budgets and ensure positive ROI
Work closely with design, tracking, and analytics teams
Test new approaches (landing pages, creatives, targeting, funnels)
Develop and document best practices and team workflows
Monitor trends and platform policy changes (Google Ads, crypto-related advertising)

✅ What We Expect
3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads in performance marketing
Proven experience in the crypto, finance, or high-risk verticals
Strong knowledge of the Russian-speaking digital market
Team management experience or strong leadership potential
Deep understanding of tracking, funnels, and optimization
Ability to build everything from scratch and scale operations
Fluent English (Russian is a plus)
