🚀 INXY Payments is hiring a Sales Operations & Outreach Lead!

We’re a fast-growing fintech product focused on crypto payments, building the best bridge between Web2 and Web3. Now we’re looking for someone to help us build and scale our outbound engine using AI and automation.

📌 What you’ll do:

* Build infrastructure for lead research and ICP validation
* Launch and manage cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn)
* A/B test messaging, ICPs, and GTM ideas
* Automate processes and keep CRM (Pipedrive) in order
* Personally handle hyper-personalized outreach flows
* Create playbooks, templates, and tools for the team

🛠️ Stack: Pipedrive, Apollo/Clay, LinkedIn, email automation, AI tools

🔥 We’re looking for someone who:

* Has experience running outbound sales campaigns
* Can write compelling outreach for different segments
* Loves automation and AI in sales
* Can balance strategy with hands-on execution

Bonus: experience in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or payments
