VentorTech is offering a unique opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst who's ready to start their journey in IT and grow through practice, mentorship, and real projects.

📍 Warsaw, Poland - On-site first 3 months, then hybrid/remote
📄 Contract: B2B or Business Incubator

💰 What we offer:

Month 1: Odoo Academy training (company-funded, unpaid) - 4 weeks of hands-on learning + official Odoo certification, regular mentor check-ins and feedback.

From Month 2: real client project + $1250 gross/month**, support and mentorship from experienced BAs.

You’ll succeed here if you:**
- Have completed BA courses, programs, or bootcamps.**
**- Understand basic business processes (sales, warehouse, finance, etc.).
- Have experience with Jira, Confluence, diagrams.
- Are motivated to learn and grow in IT and business analysis.
- Speak English at B2+ level.
- Can work onsite in Warsaw for the first 3 months

Nice-to-haves (boost your chances):
**- BPMN/UML proficiency.
- ERP/CRM experience (Odoo, SAP, etc.).
- Participation in hackathons, internships, or student projects.
- Fluent Russian.
