👤 Head of Affiliates | Head of Sales Department
📍 Limassol, Cyprus | 🌐 Remote / 🌀 Hybrid

🎯 Primary Objective
Oversee and drive the success of the client-side operation by managing the Team Leader, optimizing strategy, enhancing key client relationships, and ensuring the department meets its revenue and retention goals.


📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Department Oversight
• Supervise the overall performance of the client-side department through the Team Leader
• Align the department’s strategy and goals with company objectives
• Review and approve client strategies, pricing models, and lead allocation plans
🔹 Leadership of the Team Leader
• Act as direct manager and mentor to the Team Leader
• Set targets, provide feedback, and support daily operations
• Ensure accountability, alignment, and performance
🔹 Key Client Relationship Management
• Personally manage top-tier clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Lead negotiations and handle escalations with high-value buyers
• Act as a key contact for strategic partnerships
🔹 Strategic Planning & Revenue Growth
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and client LTV
• Monitor KPIs (revenue, retention, satisfaction) and take action
• Analyze market trends and client behavior to stay competitive
🔹 Process & Operations Optimization
• Oversee CRM systems, reporting accuracy, and workflow
• Standardize lead delivery and communication processes
• Coordinate with supply-side teams to match client demand


🧩 Requirements
✔ Proven leadership experience (managing managers or team leads)
✔ Strategic thinking with operational insight
✔ Experience in B2B client management and performance marketing
✔ Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
✔ Advanced CRM and reporting tool proficiency
