Business Development Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Business Development Operations Specialist to support our BD team by managing CRM tools (HubSpot, Cellxpert), optimizing workflows, automating processes, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize CRM systems and sales tools
• Improve lead management and client onboarding workflows
• Create and maintain BD resources (playbooks, templates, FAQs)
• Build reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing & Sales teams
• Coordinate feature testing and collect feedback
• Ensure clean data, automation, and tech integration
Requirements
• 2–3 years in BD, operations, or CRM support roles
• Experience with HubSpot or Cellxpert
• Strong process-thinking, communication, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced setting
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
