Mercuryo is looking for a Lead Pricing Operations Manager
At Mercuryo, weβre at the forefront of enhancing decentralized finance (DeFi) with innovative payment use cases. Our goal is to redefine the finance experience, making sure everyone can easily access both web3 and traditional financial services. Since we launched in 2018, weβve teamed up with Web3 top projects such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Ledger, Jupiter, 1inch, and PancakeSwap and 200+ others to power over 200 dynamic products.
In this role, you will take full ownership of pricing operations and strategy, ensuring stable system performance and driving revenue-impacting decisions. Youβll monitor key metrics, manage pricing tools and configurations, investigate anomalies, and lead continuous improvements in pricing-related business processes.
Responsibilities:
β Ensure smooth operation of the related IT systems and automation;
β On a daily basis oversee product metrics and adjust admin settings accordingly;
β Assist the team and partners on handling special cases, take a lead in investigation of the root cause;
β Handle tech related issues on pricing management, including consulting of tech teams;
β Analyze and lead the improvements of the business processes related to pricing management;
β Assess the impact of pricing management on the revenue of a certain channel;
β Test and assess new hypotheses related to pricing management;
β Competitive analysis in the light of pricing;
β Monitor and keep the related financial metrics within the set targets and boundaries, including costs, margin, profit etc.
β Keeping the related product documentation and reporting full and up-to-date;
Requirements:
β Bachelorβs degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Tech or related field
β5+ yearsβ experience working in Analytics, Operations management, Project management or related role in consulting / audit / fintech / product / science field;
β Experience witn pricing-related business processes;
β Knowledge of financial analysis, basic metrics;
β Experience working with database engines/dashboards, including basic SQL knowledge;
β Skilled in Microsoft Excel;
β Detail-oriented, with superior verbal and written communication skills;
β Strong analytical skills;
β Strong critical thinker with problem solving attitude;
β Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once;
β Proactive mindset;
β Experience working in a transactional business (such as payments processing) would be an advantage.
