📢 Accounting Associate – Full-time
📍 Location: Nicosia, Cyprus or Remote

Longeron is a technology-enabled startup supporting venture capital and private equity funds. We simplify fund accounting, reporting, audit support, and administrative processes so that fund partners and founders can focus on driving investments and closing deals.
We are looking for an Accounting Associate to join our growing team. You will be part of the Fund Accounting department, supporting SPV accounting operations, primarily in Cyprus and the Caribbean region.

• Interested in digital solutions in finance, especially VC and fund administration
• Ready to grow personally and professionally within an ambitious team

What you will work on:
• Review data, prepare reports and booking entries
• Support investment reporting, NAV calculations, and capital account statements
• Track valuations, assist with audits and tax filings
• Help improve internal processes and manage regulatory submissions
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Understanding of VAT rules
• Experience with Xero is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, independence, and critical thinking
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
