We're currently looking for a Migration & Payroll Specialist to join our team!

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Your role:
- Manage the full lifecycle of employee migration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and residence renewals.
- Coordinate with government authorities and immigration consultants to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Support new hires and current employees through the migration process, providing clear guidance on required documentation and timelines.
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll cycles on time for all employees, in compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
- Review the working hours, and leave records to calculate the payment accurately.
- Maintain and update employee records related to salary, benefits, deductions, and other payroll-related components.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and payroll legislation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Migration Specialist or anything related.
- Strong knowledge of visa application and renewal procedures, work permits, and related employment documentation.
- Familiarity with regional labor and immigration laws.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in Greek and English language.
- Experience in Payroll will be considered a plus.
