**✨ We’re looking for an Office Manager to keep our new Cyprus office running smoothly and make the workplace feel awesome.
**
💼 **What you'll do:
** • Handle office day-to-day (mail, supplies, space management)
• Support the team and visitors (workspace setup, coordination)
• Communicate with building staff, cleaners, vendors
• Keep things tidy, stocked, and organized
• Optionally grow into HR support (docs, processes)

👨‍💻 Your profile:
• Previous experience in office management or similar role
• Fluent in English
• Highly organized, friendly, proactive
• Great communicator, comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Bonus: Fluent in Greek, experience with HR, Monday.com or Notion

Hiring Process:
• HR Screening (30 min)
• Case Task (2 hours)
• Team Interview (1 hour)
• CEO Interview (30 min)
