Senior Business Development Manager at the Advertising Agency Vmeste
Location: Saint Petersburg / Remote / Hybrid (your choice)

We are looking to fill the position of Senior Business Development Manager with experience for work in the Russian language, as well as seeking a specialist for the foreign market.
Responsibilities:
• Attracting new clients and developing commercial proposals;
• Building long-term relationships with current clients and actively developing cross-sales;
• Conducting meetings and presentations on behalf of the agency, participating in tenders and defending strategies as a digital expert;
• Analyzing the market and competitive environment, assessing prospective clients and partners, discussing cooperation terms, and signing contracts;
• Monitoring client interaction at all stages of the deal, accompaniment in CRM (Bitrix);
• Participating in professional events (conferences, meetups, etc.) and speaking as a speaker;
• Tracking trends and new technologies in the marketing sector;
• Participating in tenders: analyzing requirements, preparing documentation, and developing competitive proposals.
Candidate Requirements:
• At least 3 years of sales experience;
• Experience in the digital sphere (traffic/mobile applications) is MANDATORY (please do not apply if you lack this experience);
• Experience Working with Foreign Clients;
• Proficiency in English (level B2 or higher);
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills;
• Ability to clearly and coherently express thoughts both orally and in writing;
• Experience in attracting new business and maintaining productive relationships with clients;
• Understanding of business consulting, readiness to work in a startup environment, and ability to attract clients;
• Positive mindset and ability to work with a team to achieve commercial goals.
💸 Approximate Salary Level:
from 200,000 RUB net
