We’re offering a unique opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst who's ready to start their journey in IT and grow through practice, mentorship, and real projects.
What to expect:
Month 1 - Training course on Odoo ERP + mandatory certification to confirm your readiness for project work.
From month 2 - Real client project with support from experienced BAs and compensation starting from this phase.
Office in Warsaw (first 3 months onsite), hybrid/flexible afterwards.
Needed:
- Completed training or courses in Business Analysis (e.g., online programs, bootcamps, BA foundations).
- Basic understanding of business processes (sales, logistics, finance, etc.).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in IT and business domains.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear, structured communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, diagrams.
- Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher level of English, comfortable with reading technical documentation.
Optional (but advantageous):
- Experience with business process modeling (BPMN, UML).
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Bitrix24).
- Participation in student projects, internships, or hackathons.
- Russian - fluent.
