We’re looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join our fast-growing IT department and be the go-to person for internal tech support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
💻 Set up and configure new user accounts, machines, and software
🔧 Maintain and troubleshoot hardware/software issues on user PCs
🔐 Ensure systems and applications are kept secure and up to date
📞 Be the first point of contact for IT-related issues and error reports
🧾 Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and licenses
📡 Collaborate with the network team to support telephony and IoT systems
🛠️ Support the access control system and assist in network troubleshooting
📝 Keep technical documentation and support tickets up to date in Jira

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science or related IT field
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar support role
- Excellent English communication skills
- Familiarity with Windows OS (MacOS is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of hardware components and peripherals
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and Google Workspace
- Hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
