Location: Cyprus/relocation to Cyprus (fully remote)

Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably working with B2B or SaaS products
Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality, and ETL processes
Experience working with structured data in SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytical tools
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience in the insurance industry or working with insurance data is a strong plus
Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent english.
Responsibilities
Analyze, interpret, and document insurance-related datasets across various formats and structures
Lead efforts in data normalization, cleansing, and enrichment to ensure consistency and usability
Collaborate with the engineering team to design and improve ETL processes that load and transform client data
Identify, troubleshoot, and document data issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve them efficiently
Communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Stack we use:
programming (PySpark, Python, SQL); Amazon (AWS, S3);databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL);
