🛠 Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a team of 5+ developers, conduct code reviews, and facilitate sprint demos.
- Distribute tasks efficiently and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Plan the technical roadmap and drive its execution.
- Design and build scalable solutions using Node.js and Angular/React/Vue.
- Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align business and tech goals.

📋 Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1+ year in a Team Lead or Tech Lead role.
- Strong experience with Backend and TypeScript (Node.js).
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks: Angular, React, or Vue.
- Solid knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Docker, and Git.
- English at B2+ level (written and spoken).

🎯 Nice to Have:
- Experience with ClickHouse and MongoDB.
- Background in CRM/ERP system development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
