Requirements:
6+ years of experience in software development, including leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
Strong proficiency in Node.js and NestJS frameworks.
Excellent system design skills, with a proven ability to lead backend architecture and decision-making.
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure acceptable) and designing service-based architectures.
Expertise in working with relational databases (e. g. PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. Redis).
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on cross-functional team coordination (PMs, QAs, and frontend/mobile developers).
Will be a huge Plus:
Experience working in a B2C startup that has scaled to millions of users, with direct involvement in architecting scalable systems and handling rapid user growth.
