Head of HR | iGaming | relocation to the EU (Cyprus) is possible

An international iGaming company is looking for a strong HR leader to manage the People Partners team (9-12 people). A strategic role in a mature HR function, without elements of recruiting and onboarding (these are separate teams).

What needs to be done:
— Leadership of the People Partners team: load balancing, task setting, training, process quality control
— Implementation and adaptation of HR policies, improvement of processes in JIRA
— Working with C—level: daily interaction, analytics, solving people tasks
— Training managers in HR practices
— Preparation of analytics: turnover, performance, trial periods, engagement, internal HR brand
— Evaluation of the PP team, implementation of KPIs, individual development plans
— Participation in the development of the HR brand, analysis and improvement of performance/salary review processes

Who are we looking for:
— Experience as HR Director / Head of HR / Senior People BP in companies with over 500+ employees
— Experience managing HR teams
— Excellent soft skills and maturity in decision—making
— Knowledge of HR analytics, policies, digital tools
— Experience working with top management
— English from B2 (spoken) + fluent Ukrainian or Russian
— Ready to relocate to Cyprus after IP
