💼Our Investment Team is looking for a Paralegal Secretary.

We are looking for someone already based in Cyprus, with Russian (fluent), English (working proficiency), and basic+ Greek.

📈Key focus areas include:
– Document flow and corporate records
– Interaction with banks, auditors, and authorities
– KYC form completion, compliance-related paperwork
– Support for company secretarial tasks and corporate changes
– Communication with notaries, registries, and external providers
