VentorTech specializes in implementing Odoo ERP in various business domains (inventory, sales, purchasing etc).

VentorTech is looking for a Business Analyst.

📍 Location: Poland, or Georgia and another European countries remotely.

Needed:

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Skilled in describing business processes, structuring requirements, and creating diagrams (BPMN/UML).
- Proficient in writing specifications, user stories, and use cases with clear documentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with business users and tech teams.
- English level B2+; able to read and understand technical documentation.

Optional (but advantageous):

- Experience or knowledge in industry domains such as Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, CRM, Finance or Accounting.
- Background in automation systems, ERP/CRM/WMS familiarity, and migration involvement.
- Understanding of APIs and integrations; exposure to open-source ERPs like Odoo/OpenERP.
