We're looking for a Head of Media Buying to lead a key strategic direction. Your mission? Drive traffic growth, ensure quality, and lead a high-performance team.

🔧 What you'll do
• Drive profit growth and monitor key KPIs.
• Lead and mentor media buyers.
• Launch and optimize campaigns.
• Build departmental strategy & collaborate across teams.

🎯 Who we're looking for
• Proven CPA traffic buying experience (dating or similar vertical).
• Hands-on with Pop, Native, Push & Banner traffic.
• 1+ year of team management experience.
• Strong communicator, motivator, and strategist.
