Accountant (middle)
📍 Location: Cyprus (Remote-friendly)

Our client, a growing financial company in Cyprus, is looking for an experienced Accountant (middle) with strong knowledge of VAT, Cyprus payroll taxes, and IFRS. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team, manage a portfolio of 3–5 legal entities, and gain hands-on experience in the IT & finance industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️Manage the full accounting cycle for 3–5 legal entities (20–50 transactions per month)
✔️Process documentation, payments, bank reconciliations, and customer reconciliations
✔️Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheets), VAT/VIES/OSS returns, and tax filings
✔️Calculate payroll taxes, contributions, and file personal income tax returns (IR1, IR603, IR614, IR7)
✔️Assist with tax administration and liaise with auditors during annual audits
✔️Maintain registers, forms, and documentation in line with IFRS standards.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️Strong knowledge of IFRS, IAS, Cyprus tax & payroll regulations
✔️Experience in VAT, VIES, and salary tax calculations in Cyprus
✔️ACCA/ACA (a plus, not a must)
✔️Fluent English & Russian/Ukrainian
✔️ Experience with ESOFT (training provided)
✔️Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
✔️Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently.
