I communicated with providers to resolve payment issues, created reports, worked a lot with objections, always found common ground with customers and resolved any issues quickly.
I am currently looking for remote work related to transaction support, payment operations, or internal support (not voice). Preferred schedule is 2/2 and night shifts, but may consider other options.
