Key Responsibilities:**
- Process and manage outgoing payments (wire transfers, cards), ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Monitor advertising accounts to ensure payment methods remain active and functional.
- Perform daily data entry in the accounting system (BTMS) and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with monthly account reconciliations and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
- Collect, organize, and maintain all financial documents and documentation for account verification and compliance.
- Reconcile payments with invoices to ensure correct tracking and reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to address any finance-related issues.
- Support ad hoc tasks related to payment and finance processes.

Requirements:
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a finance-related role, or a degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with payments; experience with advertising payments is a plus.
- Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory; Greek is considered an advantage.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and within a team.
