We are looking for a proactive Legal Specialist with strong experience in fintech and cryptocurrency regulations, who is ready to take on new challenges and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities:

✅Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments related to cryptocurrency, blockchain, IT, and data protection.
✅Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents (contracts, NDAs, privacy policies, terms of use, and platform agreements).
✅Support KYC/AML procedures - assist with risk assessment in certain situations.
✅Supporting the development of internal policies and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.
✅Staying up to date on relevant legislative changes and ensuring the company adapts accordingly.
✅Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on legal and compliance matters.
✅Advising on regulatory matters, including GDPR, the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), and the Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCAR).

Skills:**

✅EU law degree.
✅3 years of adequate post-graduate experience.
✅Your last job at a crypto company was related to crypto regulation or in a commercial organization from another segment that works with crypto.
✅Strong communication skills in English.
✅Have knowledge about the crypto industry.

Job Type**

✅Full Time, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Cyprus time zone (with a 1-hour lunch break);
✅Fully remote or office-based in Warsaw (Poland).
