📍 Location: Limassol (on-site)

🧩 Your role:
You’ll manage the full lifecycle of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions — from incorporation to dissolution — ensuring everything is compliant, up-to-date, and impeccably organized.

🔍 Responsibilities:
• Maintain corporate records, registers & databases
• Handle filings, resolutions & annual returns
• Liaise with authorities, banks, and external advisors
• Support legal & finance teams with corporate documents
• Monitor deadlines and compliance standards

💼 Requirements:
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of corporate law (multiple jurisdictions)
• Fluent in English and Russian
• Meticulous, organized, and proactive
• ICSA qualification or working toward it
