Position: Middle/Senior Data Analyst
Location: Remote

About the Company:
An international gaming company specializing in creating modern online casino products. We are rapidly growing and looking for an analyst who will help us better understand business processes, user behavior, and the effectiveness of our marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and bottlenecks.
Monitor business performance (KPI/OKR), track deviations from targets, and assess the impact of internal and external factors.
Evaluate marketing investment efficiency, conversion funnels, and CRM campaigns.
Analyze the results of bonus campaigns and assess the effectiveness of various communication channels.
Segment users and develop hypotheses on how to engage with different segments.
Develop and improve regular reporting and analytical dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools).
Prepare analytical reports and presentations with recommendations for leadership.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to support strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst / CRM Analyst.
Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, query optimization).
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.).
Skills in building dashboards and data visualization following best practices.
Strong analytical thinking, ability to work with large datasets, and extract key insights.
Experience in IT or the gaming industry is a plus.
English proficiency at Intermediate (B1+) level or higher for communication and documentation.
Nice to Have:
Experience analyzing user behavior in the online casino or betting industry.
Knowledge of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and retention analysis.
Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation
