What you will do:
🚀 Build personalized user journeys based on behavior and segmentation
📊 Analyze CRM performance and optimize campaigns with A/B testing
📩 Manage and improve communication channels like email and push notifications
🤝 Work with internal teams to boost CRM adoption and uncover new opportunities
🎨 Design and automate visually engaging campaigns

What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years in data-driven CRM roles
• Experience with segmentation, reporting, and campaign analysis
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Bonus: HTML skills for email creation
