🎯 APERCON is an international consulting firm with offices in Kyiv, Budapest, Vienna, Limassol, and Miami. We specialize in executive search for the iGaming sector, partnering with fast-growing companies worldwide to scale their business through strategic HR leadership.

We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner to join one of our client units. This role involves close collaboration with the C-level team and driving HR as a strategic function across the business.

🔖 Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years of experience as an HR BP or HRD in IT or tech-driven companies
✔️ Proven track record across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, L&D, offboarding)
✔️ Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
✔️ English — Intermediate level or higher
✔️ Strong analytical skills, facilitation experience, and the ability to respond to executive-level needs
