A product with a 15-year history - a video hosting service with a traffic resale model (Tube-site). Users upload a video, visitors watch it, ads run under it, traffic is redirected further.

Vacancy: Product Manager
Format: remote
Location: worldwide
Salary level: $4000 (willing to discuss)

What about tasks:

1) Building and controlling the financial model (hosting costs, advertising revenue).
2) Working with advertising networks and traffic brokers.
3) Analyzing geo-efficiency of traffic (e.g. low-quality video for India).
4) Superficial understanding of SEO: link building, working with Google rendition, reacting to bot blocking.
5) Fiche management: descent tasks from founders + ability to generate your own.
6) Responsibility for traffic stability and correct actions on the product side.

What experience we are looking for:

1) 3-5 years experience in similar products (subscription models, streaming, adult, high-risk verticals).
2) Experience in adult or traffic projects (desirable but not critical).
3) Basic technical understanding: CDN, hosting, traffic volumes, video formats.
4) Experience in SEO or related roles is a plus.
5) Responsibility, attentiveness, adequate level of autonomy.
6) English proficiency - not critical (basic enough, GPT is acceptable to help).
