Position: Junior Recruiter / Sourcer (iGaming/GameDev Stream)

We at Headshot are looking for a Junior Recruiter / Sourcer to join our iGaming / GameDev stream.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive and motivated professional to develop in the international recruiting market and work with fast-growing industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Active sourcing of candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, communities, and other channels.
Initial candidate screening and qualification.
Building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Supporting the full recruitment cycle for iGaming and GameDev roles.
Keeping reports and databases up to date (ATS, CRM).

Requirements:
6+ months of experience in recruitment or sourcing (High Risk, Marketing, or similar domains).
Strong sourcing skills, especially on LinkedIn (having an active LinkedIn profile is a must).
Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
High attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Interest in iGaming and/or GameDev will be a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Russian C1+
English B1+
