📈 Senior Economist (Monetization & Investment Analytics) wanted for my client - a rapidly growing mobile game studio (30M+ annual revenue, 10M raised in 2024) to build validation strategies for features through a combination of finance modeling and data analysis.

🎯This role directly impacts our studio's financial decisions and investor relations by ensuring data-driven strategies and reliable investment reporting.

The ideal candidate:
✅ Degree in Economics or Finance
✅ 5+ years experience in unit economics/financial modeling (GameDev, AdTech or related fields)
✅ Strong analytical background with proven track record of accurate financial insights
✅ Proficient with data tools (Excel spreadsheets, AppsFlyer, Python, Tableau etc.)
✅ Deep understanding of key game metrics
✅ Fluent English/ Russian
✅ Investor-ready communication skills
✅ Based in Cyprus or ready to relocate

• Develop financial models to predict performance and evaluate new features/products
• Analyze pricing strategies and optimize revenue/profitability
• Refine economic models for maximum data accuracy
• Automate financial dashboards for leadership
