Salary range: 1000-1500 USD
**Who are we looking for:
**● Fluent Russian & English (B2+ and above) — day-to-day communication with clients;
● Previous experience in crypto, iGaming, Payments, FinTech is not required but will be considered an advantage;
● Strong client-oriented mindset and attention to detail;
● Ability to handle a high volume of information and multitask effectively;
● Structured thinking, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally;
● Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
**The key responsibilities for this role include:
**● Managing a portfolio of clients (focus on crypto merchants, exchangers, etc.);
● Providing daily support and communication with clients regarding operations, metrics, and account status;
● Collaborating with internal departments: Risk, Tech, Legal, Product;
● Participating in negotiations around commercial terms, contracts, and performance metrics;
● Supporting reporting processes and contributing to internal process optimization;

Salary range: 800-1200 USD (also open to discussion based on your experience)
Work schedule:
- 4/4 (2 day shifts/2 night shifts - 8:00 to 20:00 and 20:00 to 8:00 UTC+2)
**Key Responsibilities:
**● Handling support tasks with control over resolution or escalation through the ticketing process;
● Analyzing customer problems, identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction;
● Collaborating with other departments to address customer tasks and issues;
● Expanding and maintaining an internal knowledge base to keep it up to date.
**Required Skills:
**● English language proficiency at least at the B2 level since we communicate with our customers in English. All communication with customers is via text, no voice chats;
● Attention to detail, responsibility, proactiveness, and customer orientation - as basic and cliche as it sounds, it's important qualities since we are building financial products and it's extremely important to pay close attention to the issue at hand and determine what exactly is going on and why.
It's cool if you have:
● Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, and Jira;
● Diploma or Bachelors in STEM or business related fields - we are totally cool with hiring students or people who just finished their education and are trying to break into IT;
● Touched crypto in some way - either via buying some BTC, or participating in airdrops, or something similar.
