Position: Senior Technical Account Manager

The Senior Technical Account Manager is a core member of the team.

They are responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and coordination for partner programs, ensuring fast and effective communication between external partners and internal teams, and supporting the continuous growth and stability of the platform.

Responsibilities:
Partner Communication:
▪️Act as the primary technical contact for assigned partner programs.
▪️Communicate with external partners regarding integration status, technical issues, or data discrepancies.
▪️Answer partner inquiries about platform functionality, missing features, data checks, and improvement suggestions.
▪️Escalate complex feature requests appropriately and manage expectations.

Internal Coordination:
▪️Collaborate with Product and Development teams by creating and prioritizing tasks based on partner requests.
▪️Initiate bug reports, feature requests, and enhancement tasks in the development backlog.
▪️Coordinate and organize testing of new features and bug fixes related to partner programs.
▪️Assist in the onboarding and technical setup of new brands within Referon platforms.

Cross-Department Collaboration:
▪️Respond to technical and operational queries from internal departments (Affiliate, CRM, Marketing, Finance, Content teams, etc.).
▪️Manage inbound technical requests from various stakeholders and create appropriate action plans.

Platform Monitoring and Incident Management:
▪️Monitor the health of the platform and partner integrations proactively.
▪️Investigate and resolve incidents involving external partners or internal systems.
▪️Push incident resolution internally and externally, escalating when necessary.

Requirements:
▪️Strong communication skills (both written and verbal, English proficiency required).
▪️Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, tracking, and postback systems.
▪️Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-paced environment.
▪️Proficiency with task management and incident tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Service Desk).
▪️Experience working with analytics dashboards (Power BI, custom reporting systems).
▪️Solid technical literacy: APIs, tracking links, postback troubleshooting.
