Position: Deputy CFO
Location: **Limassol
Working conditions: **office, flexible arrangements

Responsibilities: 
-Financial Planning & Oversight
• Budgeting for Family office entities and asset structures
• Cash flow forecasting and financial modelling
• Budget execution and variance analysis
-Financial Reporting
-Investment Oversight
• Monitoring and analysis of investment portfolio
• Deal support and due diligence
• Assessing returns and risk exposure
-Treasury & Liquidity Management
-Tax & Legal Coordination

**Qualifications
**-Russian and English languages. Greek language is a plus.
-Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (e.g., BBA, MBA, MSc)
-Professional certifications (one or more of the following):
◦ ACCA / CPA / CA – Accounting
◦ CFA – Investments and portfolio management
-5–10+ years of financial management experience, ideally with:
◦ Private wealth or Family Office exposure
◦ Experience in investment analysis or corporate finance
-Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
-Understanding of international tax and legal structures
